Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our diverse portfolio of
international A2P SMS traffic accounts and managed services.
What You’ll Do
• Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on aggregating international A2P SMS traffic, providing
network protection, and conducting grey routes testing to ensure the highest level of customer
satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer
service and prompt resolution of issues.
• Continuously monitor account performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for
improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure
smooth service delivery and address client concerns.
Prepare and present regular account performance reports and updates to clients and internal
stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in
the A2P SMS space and managed services, using this knowledge to optimize account performance
and drive growth.
Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new
clients and expand existing accounts.
• Attend industry conferences, events, and workshops to stay updated on market trends and to
network with potential clients and partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Account Manager or Sales Manager in the A2P SMS,
telecommunications, or managed services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong understanding of international SMS traffic, routing, pricing models, network protection,
and grey routes testing.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and
work with a diverse range of clients and internal teams.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience using CRM and reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Will be a plus:
• Fluency in multiple languages.
